This Privacy Policy applies to the Fasting Coach: Fasting Coach provided by Fasting APP Group (referred to as "We" or "Developer"). Throughout this policy, we will explain what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data and your choices concerning our data practices.

Before using the Service or submitting any Personal Data to Fasting Coach, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using or accessing our App or our Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or otherwise use the Service.

1. DEFINITIONS

You refer to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Developer or other legal entity accessing or using the Service on behalf of that individual, if applicable.

We (referred to as either "we," "us," "developer," or "our" in this policy) refer to Fasting APP Group developer team.

Application denotes an App named Fasting Coach: Fasting Tracker, provided by us, which you can download onto your mobile devices.

Personal data refers to any information that can identify a specific individual.

Service refers to our Application.

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:

Personal Data You Provide: When you use our app, you may provide personal information about you such as:

• Personal Data:We collect your gender, age, weight and height.
• Fasting Data: We collect information relating to your fasts, such as your fasting experience and the information contained in the notes you submit relating to your fasts.
• Health Data: We may collect your weight, and other information about your health, activity and lifestyle, if you choose to provide such information. We may also collect certain medical condition information, including data relating to Diabetes, High blood pressure, Stomach ulcers, Gout / high uric acid, Obesity (BMI), and Eating Disorder, if you choose to provide it to us.
• Feedback Information: You can improve your experience with the app by sending us feedback. Feedback information may include your usage information, such as app version, system version, screen size, app language, device. The decision to send feedback is entirely voluntary. We do Not collect this information unless you proactively provide feedback and we regularly delete this feedback information, once a month.

Information we collect automatically: When you access or use our app, we may automatically collect the following information:

• Usage Data: Includes the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, and log occurrence of certain in-app events. All analytics data collected are completely anonymous, i.e. cannot be traced back to the data subject. We use these data to understand how users engage with our apps and to help us improve our app. Third parties involved: Google Analytics for Firebase
• Device Data: Includes name of the device, operating system and its version, and unique device identifiers.
• Ads: Our app may use some providers to show ads. We are using only your Device Advertising ID and coarse (city-level) location to serve ads. We don't share any user's data with third parties.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

We may use personal data and information for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve our Service;
• To customize your fasting plan;
• To authenticate your access to the Service;
• To manage your account and provide you with customer support;;
• To personalize the Service for you (i.e, to calculate your circadian fasts based on your Location Data or to present relevant content based on your Demographic Data);
• To personalize our ads;
• To provide disclaimers based on your Health Data to ensure your safety while using the Service;
• To respond to your questions, comments, feedback and provide customer service;
• To analyze and better understand how you interact with our Service;
• For account management and other administrative purposes, if applies;
• To comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other third parties.

No sale of Personal Data and Information. We may aggregate Personal Data and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Service, to improve and add features to our app. We will never sell, rent, or disclose your data. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and where permitted by law, access to that personal data. This may include the personal data categories we collect, use, or disclose about you.

● Right to Deletion

Within the limits allowed by law, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

You have the right to opt out of sharing certain information with third parties who may only use your personal data for their purposes. 6. CHILDREN

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The App is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years old. If you are aware of anyone under 18 using the App, please contact us and we will take the required steps to delete such information and (or) delete his or her account.

7. SECURITY

You use the Service at your own risk. We take all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect all collected personal data/information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand that no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of the app, or that your information won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Service or e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to us via the Internet. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service, or third party websites.

8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may periodically update our Privacy Policy. Before the changes take effect, we will inform you through email and/or prominent notice on our Service, and update the "Effective date" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We recommend checking this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about any changes. If you continue to use our app after the policy update, it signifies your acceptance of our privacy policy.

9. DISCLOSURE

Fasting Coach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
